I have had nothing but a five star experience with Jacqueline as she is very deliberate and and steady in here approach. She was very clear when communicating and easy to reach inside their communication APP. She doesn't get excited and I loved that so that it kept me cool when dealing with some very large financial issues with the IRS. I owed the IRS over $200,000 and Jacqueline first was able to get a 6 month stay on making the payment while I was bringing my resources together and waiting to get paid large sums of capital that were owed to me. Then when it looked like I was not going to be able to pay the balance in full, Jacqueline was able to get on the phone with the IRS and negotiate a very long term installment agreement almost out the statutory maximum term of almost 10 years giving me plenty of time to come up with bigger chunks to pay off this balance while still only paying just under $3000 a month while on the payment plan. This was exactly what we had hoped we would be able to accomplish and even Jacque was surprised at how successful she was with the IRS. I am so thankful she found a very nice IRS agent to work on this installment agreement with! This has been oddly enough a great experience so far!
