Prepared a detailed and comprehensive SS-8 application working closely with me supported by Memo of Facts, most recent IRS guidance, and exhibits regarding former employer incorrectly treating income I earned as an independent contractor instead of issuing W-2 in in effort to evade having to pay employer's federal employment taxes and income tax withholding in conjunction with preparation of a 1040X.

Mr Lockwood helped me with previous years of unfiled tax returns and set up a payment plan. Process was easy and smooth! Would definitely recommend him to anybody that wants to do their taxes and or have any troubles with the irs and state taxes.

Nys .. claimed I owe them 8 years of back income tax! I haven’t even lived in NYS in 15 years . Anyway they cleaned out my bank account . I was in severe panic mode with no money in the bank .
