Unfortunately, my experience with Jessica was incredibly frustrating. She was consistently rude, dismissive, and difficult to communicate with. Rather than offering help or clarity, she made the process more stressful than it needed to be. I was genuinely shocked by the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. It’s not someone I’d ever choose to work with again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend her to others.
