It had become quite obvious that while I was waiting only three days for that meeting Attorney Sells and his Tax Professionals were busy obtaining the past 20 yrs of Tax Returns including 8 yrs of monthly payments toward my Repayment Agreement and giving them a forensic analysis for their Actual tax liability and verifying Statue of Liability time lines with dated entries of reassessments. So...as it turned out....Attorney Sells knew the IRS Code better than my assigned Revenue Office or his arrogant Boss (person)......I actually owed half of what they alleged and then Attorney Sells finds me a bonus refund from past penalties which they acknowledged giving back.
