Got our money back! An incorrect IRS audit into our home solar installation tax credit resulted in us owing money. Kevin helped us appeal and the IRS overturned the audit results and refunded our money.

Kevin was SUPPOSED to help us with what he promised to be a very simple and easy amendment to our 2021 tax return, but after taking our money, having us sign a vague engagement agreement (that he still refuses to give us a copy of to this day), and sending us on our way, we had to stay on Kevin for over a year, only for him to try to swindle us out of $1500 more than what we had already paid him, and when it came time to demand some answers and press for action when our 2023 return was intercepted to pay back taxes from 2021 that Kevin should’ve stopped from happening- he decided his business was picking up and he had more pressing things on his horizon so he “terminated” us as clients for being “difficult”, then ever so graciously refunded only $150 of the $500 we initially paid him (for absolutely nothing to be done regarding our initial issue we went to him for, all while incurring over $1100 more in interest and fees and penalties over the year he “represented us” with the IRS.) Don’t waste your time with this guy, who now wants everyone to get behind him as Mr Bryan County in his run for public office. I can’t think of a worse person to lead our community than someone who makes a bunch of empty promises because he’s a fast talker, then steals from veteran families while thanking them for their service and leaves them feeling confused like they’re the problem when they just want answers about things they were promised. But hey- that’s a true politician for ya, I guess! Best of luck, buddy. You really did us dirty.
