Jon always answered any question or concern we had even if it were on Sunday. When I was worried he would make sure to let me know that things were being worked out. We were very relieved when we found out that we would still be able to have Jon as our tax accountant after Tax Tiger closed. He is very professional. We trust Jon. That is all that really needs to be said.

Several years ago, we learned that our accountant had not been filing tax returns properly. Jon was with Tax Tiger at the time and we contacted him for help. He was fabulous - worked things out so that the penalties to be paid were minimal. We continued to use Jon to file our yearly tax returns and he has been fabulous every year! We hope to continue our relationship with him far into the future.

Jon also had to file my taxes for several years that I had not filed. His diligence in representing my interest was successful when the offer and compromise was finally excepted by the IRS. I owed in excess of $14,000 and it settled for less than $100. Part of the condition was that I needed to file my taxes on time and accurately for the following five years. That was eight years ago. John will always get my business and I feel confident that I will never be audited or flagged because his integrity is unparalleled. Other tax preparers may urge their clients to fudge their filings and expenses but not Jon. I admire that about him. And that’s another reason why he will continue to do my taxes until the day I die.

Jon was very knowledgeable, professional, & helpful in assisting us with our Federal & State tax problems. With his expert help, we got everything straightened out.
