I Closed a cash flowing business after lack of help. 18 months later I received a sales tax bill/audit saying I had $70k in unpaid sales tax. Charlie immediately took over a complete walk through of all my records and found that worldpay reported INACCURATELY the credit card sales. Charlie was able to determine that the credit card processor linked two different stores credit card sales into the one closed business sales. That made it look like the closed business did substantially more than what I paid in sales tax. Charlie figured all of this out and provided indisputable facts to NYS auditors who in turn agreed with the facts.
