I received a letter from the IRS regarding an outstanding balance. In addition, I recently finalized my divorce in which back taxes are owed by my spouse and I for joint returns that the IRS wanted to start collecting on immediately. Josh was able to contact the IRS the same day that I reached out to him and successfully reached an agreement with the IRS to stop enforcement actions for a period of 30 days while we work on a negotiated installment payment plan and/or for the ITS to pause on collection of the back taxes until the sale of an asset finalizes and pay off the IRS in full.

Josh prepared our current year taxes which included re-evaluating tax returns for previous years due to a very complex insurance situation that we had encountered. This was very difficult for my wife and I to understand yet Josh took plenty of time to explain it thoroughly and make sure that we both understood the issue and the different options we had available to proceed. Long afterward, we were still waiting on the IRS to deliver our refund (18 months after filing!) and Josh stepped in to write up the necessary supporting documentation to free up our return and get it processed. Within a couple weeks of Josh's letter we had our refund in hand. Overall Josh has been extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. He is someone I trust and can give my most complicated tax work.

My problem was resolved quickly and a lot of stress was taken away. A little expensive, but in my case it was well worth it.
