I had a really horrible experience. Communication was incredibly terrible. He went from I can help you. To I'm sorry they aren't helping guys like you anymore. I paid 6,000 dollars for literally nothing. Then they barely respond to you. I was better off going to bat for myself. I have nothing to hide because I did everything right. Complete disaster.

After explaining my tax case, Mike listened and offered solutions which helped me start the resolution of my case. He was very clear about what would be the best outcome for me ! He and Melissa, who manages the office, always responded quickly when I called or text, anytime something of tax concern came up.
