I hadn’t filed tax returns for several years and already owed money from previous years. When the IRS started contacting me for payment and requiring I file the missing returns, I began to panic. I wasn't sure how bad my tax situation really was, or how much worse it might become once I filed the missing returns. I reached out to Courtney for help, explained what was going on, and immediately knew I had called the right person. She was extremely knowledgeable, and it was comforting to know I had someone I could truly trust to help me through this. She stepped in, dealt with the IRS so I didn’t have to, made sure my bank accounts were protected, and even got over $10,000 in penalties removed. Courtney was able to negotiate a payment plan that I’m comfortable with and confident I can stick to, which finally put an end to all the stress I had been dealing with. She also helped me understand what I need to do going forward to prevent this from happening again. I’m so glad I called Courtney and would highly recommend her services.
