John did a great job helping to get an $880 penalty waived by the IRS. He was able to quickly resolve the issue by speaking over the phone and asking for leniency since we had no recent history of late payments. We were thrilled to hear he was able to get the entire penalty waived! Having just hired John, we were very happy with his knowledge and expertise in. dealing with the IRS. We feel he did an outstanding job in getting the issue resolved favorably for us.
