Willie J. Perry

Willie J. Perry is the CEO and founder of Ouidah International Inc. He obtained his B.B.A. in Economics from Alabama State University. After moving to Houston, Texas he served as a regional manager for Western Auto Supply Company.



Through a fellowship from the University of California at Berkley in conjunction with the University of Houston, he earned his M.B.A. As a graduate student, he became one of the architects of both the employee assistance program and the employee stock option program and went on to serve as a representative of the International Business Association.

His professional career began as a Certified Financial Planner and Business Consultant for First City Bank and continued for 34 years as a Revenue Officer and later manager for the U.S. Treasury. In retirement, he seeks to apply years of tax, financial, and business planning experience towards tailoring solutions to meet your unique individual and business needs. Presently he serves as a member of the Tax Advisory Review Committee and continues to host a free seasonal tax preparation program for low-income individuals.
