Tyler is Great! His expertise and attention to detail has saved me hundreds of thousands of dollars over the past 8 years

Tyler has been super helpful with me understanding how to pay and do returns for sales tax. He was helpful with federal and state withholdings as well. He always responds very quickly and I feel comfortable asking him any questions I have.

Admittedly a very slow process. Mr. Jones was patient, heard my concerns and led me through the process; from the beginning to the final resolution. He kept me updated monthly, whether there was progress on the IRS side of not. He calmed me, which was a dearly needed item. Mr. Jones kept me on track of what was important and what was a rabbit hole that would not bare results. In my opinion, the cost was worth having him represent me. Final resolution was fully acceptable.
