Mr. Jones helped me get an installment agreement. However, it was not explained how to pay the agreement so I paid it on my account which was incorrect resulting in a default. However, when the notice was sent with a warning regarding the default. I called and left multiple messages both voice and text begging for a call back to help me resolve the situation before it became a problem. He did not. Finally I requested the documents so I could try and resolve it myself which he did send. So he was getting my messages. Now my bank account is frozen and I have no way of paying bills and his response now is fill out another financial report and handle it yourself. All it would have taken was a phone call from him to see what the problem was but he didn't bother. Save your money go elsewhere and find an attorney that cares and will take your calls.

Final resolution was fully acceptable.
