Tim was outstanding! Had myself in quite a bind with both unpaid taxes and garnishment issues. He not only worked diligently to get my taxes prepared and paid, but he also worked to resolve a dispute I had with the state on a year's old tax error (made by the state) regarding deductions that resulted in considerable savings and finalization of my dispute.

Tim helped me after the state of New York levied my bank account for taxes that they thought I owed when I had in fact been on an expatriate assignment during the year in question. He helped me get the levy released and my funds returned, and he also helped me file a back return to show that I was not a New York resident.

For the past few years, I've been working with Tim. Because I had not filed for several years, the IRS audited me. The IRS stated I had back taxes, but in actuality I was due a refund. I cannot recommend Tim Hart enough! A few years back he helped me sort out back taxes issues and I've been using him ever since. I live in another state and mail him my tax return. His turnaround time is always great, and he's very responsive over email or phone if I have any questions. On top of that, his fees are very reasonable. Highly recommend!
