Tom is a CPA and USTCP (United States Tax Court Practitioner (USTCP), but he also holds the CGMA designation. This means that he not only understands numbers and tax law but also has keen insight into how businesses operate from the inside. As a certified public accountant with extensive training and experience, he can represent you before the IRS and State tax matters. As a USTCP, he is admitted to practice before the US Tax Court, meaning he can represent you in court if necessary. He's one of the few non-attorneys who can do this throughout the country.
