I cannot recommend Stephen highly enough -- a thorough, knowledgeable and honorable tax professional. My husband and I approached Stephen after speaking to a number of people who wanted exorbitant up front payments. Unlike them, Stephen took the time to fully understand our financial situation (over a phone call, a zoom meeting, and many emails), and ultimately recommended that it was not worth our while to pay for his services given our circumstances. He even educated us about the Offer in Compromise application process and provided us with informational materials, empowering us to do it ourselves if we choose. He was more knowledgable about the intricacies of both federal and state taxes than anyone else we spoke to, and truly kind, honest, and selfless in the service he provided us.
