Review
Due to unforeseen negative circumstances affecting cash flow in my business, before I knew it I was into the IRS for more than $140,000 of payroll taxes. I am here to tell you that the IRS does not mess around when you owe them payroll taxes. An IRS Revenue Officer made an unannounced visit to my business and threatened to shut down my business if I could not pay the $140,000. The RO gave me very little time to come up with the $140,000. So I told the RO that he may as well close me down that day, because tomorrow would be no different. The RO actually suggested that I get professional help. That is when I contacted Ron. Ron was able to get the IRS to immediately take a breath and get the heat off of me. The IRS is not very forgiving with payroll taxes, but Ron was able to negotiate an installment agreement that was a win-win between me and the IRS. It was an installment amount that made sense to me and was acceptable to the IRS. The rest, as they say, is history.
