On behalf of our clients, we have worked to successfully obtain accepted Offers In Compromise, both Full and Partial Pay installment agreements, and "Currently Non-Collectible" statuses on active prior year tax-due balances. One of the highlights of our firms IRS Representation caseload was obtaining acceptance for an Effective Tax Administration Offer-in-Compromise.
