I can go into a lot of boring detail about my credentials but let's face it that's not entirely what you want to know. You want to know if I can resolve your issue quickly and completely. Recently I helped someone who had numerous unfiled S corporation returns get current and when his notice of penalty arrived took care of that as well. No penalties due!
