Oh my gosh, The state took 800.00 out of my refund that Randy had done saying I oweded it from the year before. Randy not only did an excellent job on my taxes, he went after my $800.00 and got the state to send me a check. They answer the phone when you call, if Randy is not available he calls you right back.
