Philicia has prepared my taxes for the last few years always quick fast and maximized my return with no issues. This year I was audited and they froze my refund. At first I was upset very unsure of what I was going to do. Philicia made sure she fought til the end until she won my audit. She told me she had my back from the beginning because she knew everything I filed for was legit and on top of that she knew how it felt to be audited. I highly recommend her. There are fees that are not included in the tax preparation for her to represent you when being audited but she also worked with me with those fees as well. She won my audit and she told me she would fight until she did!!

She was very knowledgeable and she also helped me resolved an issue that occur from me not filing a form that I should have for last year and she assured me that everything would be okay
