She helped w/ freeing me from a 2yr identity block w/ the IRS and was able to quickly correct all tax & identification errors. Payosha was very knowledgeable and efficient. I was imprisoned by debt that she freed me from. I can't believe how quickly my issue was resolved for a debt that lingered for so long.

I had several issues with Payosha. The first issue was she could not provide a way for me to pay her via the website I connected with her on. When this didn't work there was no effort to determine why the tool she provided for payment did not work. She did offer direct payment via Zelle, which also caused some problems. After working with Zelle to get my account set up and working she refused to be flexible and work with me to actually take the payment. At this point, I've wasted several weeks trying to provide payment and have to start over because of a lack of professionalism. I strongly recommend people find another individual to support them with their tax needs.

I was extremely impressed by the way she made my tax debt seem like a top priority. She was prompt, precise, knowledgeable and very informative. She singlehandedly rescued me from a 24k tax penalty abyss that made me feel completely helpless. She was able to get the entire NYS tax penalty debt reversed.
