Academic qualifications placed aside, in tackling or representing or addressing a tax issue or matter, understanding is paramount. Michael listens, (not hears) and ask the right questions prior to doing so. The result has been the achievement of the optimal result relative any matter I have had the experience of being a part of with him.

I know Michael because of our relationship established over a 20 month period of time while Michael was engaged in a program of study through the Tax Law Institute to become certified as a Pre-trial Tax Litigation Support Specialist. During the period of time that he studied in the program we had twice weekly contact as instructor and student. Since graduating from the program he has consulted with me on a periodic basis as needed regarding specialized tax issues of some of his clients.

Michael was a diligent student who always came to class prepared for the day's lesson. His observations and insights into the underlying tax laws of the "Case of the Day" were detailed and specific in nature and demonstrated a through knowledge of the appropriate sections of the US Tax Code, the appropriate IRS Regulations and the publications of the IRS applicable to the specific situation.

First of all, an astute professional of over 30 years. Applies the law of taxes, speaks the law of taxes. We have known each other for almost 20 years, having gotten our Masters Degree at the NSU.
