We received a notice from the IRS indicating that we failed to pay tax associated with our 2021 joint return but we had, in fact paid the amount owed via ACH, electronic transfer. Mr. Laskovics was able to connect us with an IRS agent who easily located our payment and properly applied it to our account, thus immediately modifying our 'balance owed' from an incorrectly stated tens of thousands of dollars in tax, penalties and interest to the correct amount of ZERO. I'm an attorney, and even though I understood the issues, I was frustrated because of my complete inability to connect with anyone at the IRS to get the error corrected. Our issue lingered for months and Mr. Laskovics used his expertise to resolve the issue within a day. On top of that, Mr. Laskovics is personable, understanding, easy to work with and flexible. He was on the phone with the IRS Agent and I at 9:00pm Central Time assisting with our issue! What a relief it is to have this matter behind us and we are so thankful to have had Mr. Laskovics' assistance in doing so.
