My husband and I was owing for the past three years . We wanted to get some advice on why we were owing and if there any mistakes on our taxes. It was easy to send the documents and make payment online . Mrs. Karam took the time to educate us on tax bracket, payment to irs and other ways to help bring down our tax bill. She allowed us to ask questions and gave us great responses . When we did not understand something Mrs. Karam went over it again for me . I like that we were able to do the appointment virtual and felt comfortable during the whole time . I did not feel rushed at all.
