I'm a US citizen who holds a durable power of attorney for a close family-like friend from South India who is no longer in the US and doesn't expect to return. He sold real estate with me as his POA and a large excess of his closing payment was withheld by the IRS. Getting this excess refunded was the headache of all times since it seems the IRS never actually credited him with the payment! Instead after he filed his Federal Tax showing the 1099 they started sending him notices dunning payment which became seriously threatening. Calling the IRS (they never picked up after 12 hours on hold) and writing them was useless and aggravating. And now my friend was in serious need of the money. A number of Indian and US tax accountants we contacted just gave us the runaround. It felt hopeless. Ultimately I chanced on "PK" at Phoenix ITIN and that was our lucky day. It took from August 2025 til March 2026, but as predicted, PK got the IRS to find and link the missing withheld payment so the threatening letters stopped. Then a few months later he said to look for a refund check and lo and behold it finally arrived in my friend's hand today. Miracle!

Well in 2019 I was out of the country and was forced to sell my home here in the USA. When the sale was happening the realtor let me know that because I was out of the country the IRS was going to take a percentage of the sale. It was a good amount they kept. Once I was back in The USA. I was speaking with my father in law who is very knowledge in law's, taxes etc. He had mentioned to me that I should be able to acquire that amount that that the IRS kept from from the sale of my home. So I talked to my tax accountant. She had never heard of my situation. So she started to look into it. She came across Krish and told me to get in contacted with him. So I did. I was an accountant/CPA for many years but had a special tax NOL carryback I did not feel comfortable with to process on my own. It was a very unusual situation, and an experienced tax attorney said... Do Not Do The Return Yourself It Is Complicated. Krish did an excellent job of completing the required forms and filing for the NOL carryback, and the forms were voluminous and not the usual forms.

Mr. Perinkulam Was very professional but very easy to converse with while explaining the complicated tax code. I had received a large penalty due to my LLC returns being filed late. I filed my extension to the IRS, but it wasn't accepted because it was filed late. I'd already used my first-time penalty abatement a month earlier for the same thing. (It's complicated. But I screwed up) I was appealing the IRS's previous decision not to allow penalty abatement. Mr Perinkulam was able to get the IRS to waive the fee penalty. The small reasonable fee Krish charged me was fair and alot less than the IRS wanted. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing tax resolution help.

Mr. Krishna provided the best of customer service to me while working through my delinquent taxes.
