About Keith A. Cothroll
Experienced tax attorney specializing in IRS tax resolution, multistate and local property tax relief. I operate different than the big box tax resolution companies because I will tell you the truth up front about your tax problem and will not overpromise or overcharge you for the work.
When someone gets a letter from the IRS, it can be really scary and stressful. I am here to help you and to guide you through the process. We will start with a 30 minute consultation and I may ask you for the latest IRS correspondence that you have received. Next, depending on what the letter is about, we will discuss next steps and I will go through the entire audit process with you or if it is a collection matter, we will discuss the options you have to repay the IRS after you complete a financial statement for me (a 433a or b).
It is my goal to provide you with as much information up front about your tax problem so that you know what to expect, what to do and where we are headed.
