About Julie Lynch
For 38 years, I worked inside the IRS as a Revenue Officer in the Collection Division. That's the group responsible for pursuing back taxes, filing liens, and levying wages. I know exactly how the IRS builds a collection case, because I built thousands of them myself. Since retiring in 2014, I've put that experience to work on the other side of the table, helping individuals and businesses resolve balances due, unfiled returns, payroll tax problems, and trust fund penalties.
Most tax problems are far more solvable than people fear. The key is knowing which options the IRS will actually accept and how to present your case the right way. I handle installment agreements, Offers in Compromise, penalty abatement, levy and wage garnishment releases, and Currently Not Collectible status, among many others.
I'm also part of the MD Sullivan team of former IRS agents, tax attorneys, and CPAs with more than 250 years of combined IRS experience. That means whatever your situation, you have a deep bench of insider knowledge behind you. Reach out anytime for a free, no-pressure consultation.
