I met Josh 4-5 years ago. We were in a study group together. After we both passed the US Tax Court Practitioner Exam we went on to support each other on cases. We share research and information about IRC, Tax Court procedures, as well as our continued support for the members of our study group still studying for the US Tax Court Exam.
Josh is a logical thinker. He has a unique way of looking at all legal angles to solve IRS issues for his clients benefit as well as helping colleagues resolve IRS issues for their clients. He tends to bring a fresh prospective to each situation that most do not think about. I find this to be a very powerful skill set. Especially for anybody working with the IRS. I believe him to be a strong negotiator. His honesty and straight forward approach is quite refreshing.
