About Joseph Pearman
Joseph is a sole practitioner who represents individuals and businesses, with tax problems,
before the Internal Revenue Service and the Indiana Department of Revenue. Prior to opening his tax controversy law practice in 2002, Joseph gained extensive legal experience in both private practice and in-house counsel settings. In addition to tax controversy law, Joseph has practiced law in the areas of criminal defense, insurance subrogation, personal injury, probate, employee benefits, and estate planning. Prior to becoming an attorney, Joseph worked as a certified welder in Northwest Indiana. Joseph’s blue collar and white collar experiences, help him to understand and empathize with all of his clients' concerns. Joseph lives in St. John, Indiana, with his wife, and in his free time, he enjoys golf, fitness, woodworking, and spending time with family and friends.
