My name is Joe Marinari and I am an Enrolled Agent with the IRS which allows me to represent clients on both Federal and State level. I have a Bachelors in Accounting and a Masters degree in Forensic Accounting, both from Florida Atlantic University. I have worked in several CPA firms but find most value in the tax resolution industry as I understand the hardship these situations can create both personally and professionally. I have represented clients in many different facets such as Offer In Compromise programs, Non Collectible status', partial pay installment agreements, lien release, lien subordination, levy release among many more. I'd love to say that I have seen it all but what I love most about working in the tax resolution industry is that everyone has a story and no two cases are the same! My job is to work the best deal for my client and I find a lot of value in that for myself!
