I'm an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) since 1983. I am also multi state licensed as an insurance agent and general securities broker with Peak Brokerage Services, LLC / investment advisor representative with Blackridge Asset Management, LLC. Currently I deal with many complex tax issues that arise for my business and individual clients. On an ongoing basis I handle tax issues that a regular preparer may see once a year or once in a career. Because of the diversity and difficulty of returns that I deal with I have developed a deep knowledge about US individual taxation. Utilizing my vast tax expertise, I help my financial services clients with tax planning that many other financial advisors are not allowed or qualified to offer.
