Ashton Hobluetzel did an outstanding job of servicing my account. I needed to revive in a hurry a Texas LLC that had gone into termination for failure to file franchise tax forms for the last three years. Mr. Hobluetzel was courteous, prompt and efficient in meeting my needs in a timely manner. The company is now in good standing after only a few weeks of delay, in a state that is notorious for holding up the processing, sometimes for months. Lucky to have found Joe Hopkins and his team to help represent us with the IRS. After being advised by another firm to just pay what the IRS says even though it was wrong and just be done with it, we went to Joe and he and his team helped find an error that was missed by both the previous firm and IRS which ended up saving us over $15,000. Working from Oregon with his firm in Texas for my parents that live in Texas was so easy with Joe and his team and they got us the results we were hoping for. Thank you Joe. What an incredible experience! I didn’t file taxes for a few years while I was trying to build up my income. I didn’t even realize that I had never filed for taxes in 2014. The penalties and amount due totaled over $40k. Joe and his amazing team took on my case and refilled the taxes for me. I ended up having that reduced by almost $25k. His team kept me in the loop the entire time and were quick to get things handled. I will never use anyone else.

"Thanks Collin, good point you mentioned on the reduction of past taxes. The IRS can create Substitute for Returns which essentially creates an estimated tax due for one or more unfiled years. These estimated returns are 95% of the time not favorable to the clients situation and creates a larger tax debt. Your particular situation I refer to it as the Texas Two Step (Offensive & Defensive Strategies). Reduce down the debt with advanced tax planning strategies and then tackle the remaining debt with an IRS resolution exit strategy. We strive to not only fixing clients past but helping them into the future with an invitation to be our long term clients for either business or individuals. He provided me good customer service was very nice and Good at explaining to me what he was going to do. His office staff was very helpful and polite they treated me nice and was very welcoming to me. Especially for someone like me who's never been in a lawyers office before I would highly recommend my family friends and coworkers to come to this place if they need help with Tax's very satisfied six stars to this office
