What an incredible experience!
I didn’t file taxes for a few years while I was trying to build up my income. I didn’t even realize that I had never filed for taxes in 2014. The penalties and amount due totaled over $40k. Joe and his amazing team took on my case and refilled the taxes for me. I ended up having that reduced by almost $25k. His team kept me in the loop the entire time and were quick to get things handled. I will never use anyone else.

He provided me good customer service was very nice and Good at explaining to me what he was going to do. I was what Joe called an 'ostrich' client, i.e., one who 'thinks' if you avoid a problem long enough it will eventually go away. Not so with the IRS.
