ACE Plus did an outstanding job resolving my IRS tax bill. My tax liability was reduced by 99.1%! James Cha is extremely knowledgeable about taxes and also well-versed in working with the IRS -- both of which are vital to a successful outcome. Because of my complicated tax situation (and interest accruing every day), I had a lot of anxiety and wanted to understand (micromanage) every step of the process. James discussed his strategy with me and ensured that we were in agreement. But then I had to trust that James knew what he was doing, step back, and accept that the achieving a successful solution was not going to be quick.
