About Glen Frost
Glen is a lawyer, certified public accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and managing partner of Frost Law. Glen is the current Chair of the Tax Section of the Maryland State Bar Association. He takes a holistic approach to his client's legal, tax, business, and financial concerns, and he provides tax planning services to high net worth individuals, families, business owners, private equity firms, and asset management stakeholders. When dealing with tax controversies, Glen advises and represents his clients in collection examinations and appeals before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). He also represents clients with civil and criminal litigation before the US Tax Court, the US District Court, and the state courts. Glen handles a wide range of complex tax cases including payroll tax delinquencies, trust fund recovery penalties, foreign bank account reporting requirements (FBAR), and compliance with the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA). He also represents people who are facing allegations of white-collar crime such as money laundering, currency structuring, conspiracy, willful failure to file, and willful failure to pay.
