If it wasn't for Mr. Carey, I would have never been able to resolve this issue. The problem is still not 100% resolved as of yet, but I would have never been able to make it this far without him as I was getting the run around and my taxpayer advocate was not doing anything to help my case. Thank you so much Mr. Carey!

"Thanks, Wendy. IRS processed your claim, we're just waiting on the refund to arrive. You were always responsive when I asked for additional info, which made things easier on my end. I know it took some time to get the the right person at the IRS to examine you issue, thanks for being patient."
