About Frank Broadway
With over 30 years of professional tax experience and a dedicated focus on tax resolution since 2017, I am passionate about helping individuals, small businesses, and self-employed professionals resolve their most pressing tax issues. As an Enrolled Agent licensed by the U.S. Treasury, I have the authority to represent taxpayers before the IRS, bringing expertise and confidence to every case.
I am proud to be a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute (NTPI) and a Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA). I actively contribute to the profession as a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA) and the North Carolina Society of Enrolled Agents (NCSEA), where I currently serve on the Board of Directors.
I specialize in resolving a wide range of tax problems, including first-time abatements, reasonable cause penalty relief, lost refunds, denied Earned Income Credits and Child Tax Credits, Substitute for Returns (SFRs), CP2000 notices, installment agreements, Currently Not Collectible status, Offers in Compromise, and estate and fiduciary tax matters. I also offer proactive monitoring of taxpayer accounts, ensuring my clients are informed of IRS activity before it becomes an issue.
My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I believe in taking the time to understand each client's unique situation and goals and providing clear advice on the best possible resolutions. By involving clients in the process, I ensure they feel informed and empowered, even when outcomes may be less favorable than hoped.
Located in Lexington, North Carolina, my office welcomes walk-in clients while also providing remote services to taxpayers worldwide, including those living and working on all seven continents. My mission is to achieve resolutions as quickly and cost-effectively as legally possible while helping clients regain peace of mind.
Let me help you navigate your tax challenges with confidence and professionalism.
