Andrew J. Bosserman

Andrew Bosserman is a tax controversy attorney and founder of Boss Tax Law.

His practice focuses on helping business owners navigate tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

A former IRS agent, Andrew understands what it's like to be on the other side of the table and have unlimited resources to go after taxpayers. He uses the unique insights gained during his time at the IRS to help defend business owners in tax disputes.

Also a current CPA, Andrew can run the numbers as well as argue the law on behalf of his clients. He has prepared hundreds of business and individual tax returns, giving him an in-depth knowledge of tax compliance.

Andrew also owned and operated a small Christmas tree farm in Ohio, where he learned first-hand the satisfaction and challenges of owning and operating a small business.
