Alyssa Whatley... This young lady is PHENOMENAL at her task and it is OBVIOUS that she enjoys her work. My IRS bill was $240k she got it down to $4635 ...are you kidding me...ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? That is 1.92% of what was ORIGINALLY asked for by the IRS. She is a SKILLED, SHREWD and KNOWLEDGEABLE negotiator. I suggest you do what she asks you to do, when she asks and how she asks you to do it. I can attest to the fact that she sticks to the task at hand and will keep you informed as to the next steps in the process. Once I gave the project to her I did not WORRY, THINK about it or was CONCERNED anymore as to the problem being solved...what a RELIEF and PIECE OF MIND for me, even during these PANDEMIC times that we are currently facing. Alyssa was amazing!!, very friendly and extremely professional. When I spoke to her on the phone before my first consultation I was very stressed out and worried about the amount of taxes that the state of Georgia said I owed. She put me at ease and in the end the amount I owed was a small fraction to what the state said. Originally I owed almost $40,000 in back taxes, but the state was amazingly off by $38,000!
