I have spent my career working throughout the financial industry. Starting as a floor clerk on the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, I worked throughout the financial services industry ultimately becoming the chief financial officer of an NYSE-member investment bank specializing in private placement activities.

While I was in graduate school, I became interested in tax preparation, planning, and especially resolution with all its intricacies. As soon as I got involved in tax preparation, I immediately began working to help taxpayers resolve challenging issues. I spend a lot of my free time working through recent and historical Tax Court cases, revenue rulings, private decision memorandums, and other findings to ensure I know how to best resolve whatever problem walks through my door.
