We’ve been working with Jay and his team at Washington Tax for many years now, and we first hired Washington Tax because we were in WAY over our head with unpaid taxes and a HUGE mountain of subsequent tax penalties. Jay and his employees jumped in and worked tirelessly on our behalf to get our taxes caught up, put us on a payment plan (and a little later) then negotiate a tax abatement refund of over $22,000, which is no small feat! The staff’s professionalism and commitment to their clients set them apart from other tax preparation professionals, and the entire team really takes the time to thoroughly understand your unique situation and work closely with you to achieve the best possible outcome. Jay and his staff’s communication skills are top-notch, ensuring that you are always kept informed throughout the process. 🤗 Jay's expertise and dedication to his clients is truly unmatched and his attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of tax laws and regulations allowed him to find us the gift of a large and completely unexpected penalty rebate.
