I called The Tax Cuttery and spoke to the owner Paul Diaz who is an EA and has an MBA in accounting. He knew exactly what my company needed from an accountant’s point of view and then as an EA what to do to defend me against the IRS. He did everything necessary to get me out of my problem. He is LITERALLY the BEST.
