IRS did not apply payments correctly and continued to demand payment for taxes already paid. Tatiana helped us to file a petition to the tax court and worked with the IRS lawyers to resolve the matter 100% in our favor so we never had to go to court.

I was getting notices and penalties from the IRS and didn't understand why. Tatiana investigated and discovered that the issue was that the IRS had misapplied my payment for a prior year, and she called the IRS with me and got everything corrected on my behalf, and got them to remove the penalties. Tatiana is a real expert, she handled everything quickly and professionally and made the process easy and significantly less intimidating than I thought!
