Tax Relief Services is a reputable firm based in Honolulu, Hawaii dedicated to helping taxpayers get the relief they need so they can get back to enjoying life. They are a team of professionals that includes Former IRS Agents. They offer a wide range of services which include Tax Preparation and Planning, Back Taxes Representation, Support During IRS Audits, Payroll Tax Problem Resolution, Filing Prior Years’ Returns, and Spouse Owes Back Taxes.

The firm was founded by David Ramirez, EA, JD, MST, USTCP, NTPI Fellow, an experienced professional serving Hawaii since 2001. He started doing taxes in 1985 and worked for the IRS for nearly 8 years.
David has a BS Degree in Business Administration, a Juris Doctor with a Specialization in Taxation, a Masters in Taxation, and a Masters Level Certificate in Accountancy. When his best friend’s Father, Sal, had his trucking business closed down by the IRS, putting him behind with his payroll taxes, Sal did not have someone to represent him. It’s what motivated David to attend Law School and focus on Tax Representation to help people like Sal who don’t know how to deal with the IRS.

David Ramirez was very professional and helpful. He gave me several suggestions on the best ways to move forward, and in what sequence. He advised me about letters I received from the IRS. He was not judgmental and he did not make me feel bad. He stayed focused on solving the problem and telling me realistically what he thought could be done. I appreciate his help immensely.

I got myself into quite a tax-related pickle and didn't even know how to get started on fixing it, or where to turn for help. I started googling and found Tax Relief Services and reached out, expecting that I would have to sheepishly explain my situation to someone who would scold and judge me for my bad choices. That didn't turn out to be the case at all. David contacted me within minutes of my initial email and was SO NICE. He was friendly and calm and immediately told me that things were probably not as bad as I believed them to be. I think he understood that I was experiencing some anxiety about the situation and he tried to put me at ease pretty quickly. He made time to meet with me the very next day and laid out my options. Now, less than two weeks later, my situation is almost resolved entirely. It's hard to believe that a problem that I spent so much time creating for myself could be undone so quickly by David and his team. It's not an exaggeration to say that his help has been lifechanging for me. I am so grateful that I chose to work with him and I would enthusiastically recommend Tax Relief Services to my family and friends.
