Diana is an Enrolled Agent (EA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), who provides tax and tax resolution services throughout the state of Vermont. Diana is an expert in all facets of representing clients before the IRS, and she also helps companies detect fraud and create fraud prevention plans. Diana has worked in the tax and accounting field for over 30 years, and she has owned and operated Sheltra Tax & Accounting, LLC in Essex Junction since 2002. Diana graduated from St. John’s University with an A.S. degree in accounting and a B.S. degree in management. She also earned an M.S. in accounting from Scranton University. She has passed the Enrolled Agents exam which allows her to represent clients before IRS and the Certified Fraud Examiner test which allows her to provide consulting in the areas of financial statement fraud, employee fraud, and embezzlement schemes. Originally from the NYC area, Diana moved to Vermont in 1995. She enjoys the beauty of Vermont and spends a lot of her free time in her RV traveling through the state with her husband Tom and her kitties, Nicky and Lexi.

Advised on Unpaid Taxes, Past Due Tax Return, Unfiled Business Tax, Unpaid Business Tax | Oct 6, 2025

Had many many many years of unfiled returns and past tax obligations in the millions and Diana has helped me worked thru this with the IRS and get on a manageable payment plan to hopefully stop the hassles with Uncle Sam. She is very very responsive to any and all communication and has excellent experience working on these issues. I would recommend her to anyone needing assistance with tax or IRS issues.
