Mr. Williams imediately put me at ease, showing me his creditials, licences and certifications about 5 seconds after he entered my house. I found him very personable and professional. After doing my own taxes for many years, I felt like I needed some help with proper handling of my wife's small home business. Mr. Williams looked over the last two income tax forms I had prepared and quickly identified areas where I wasn't taking advantage of available tax saving opportunities. He did this not only for my specific concerns but also pointed out ways to lessen my tax burdens in general. During our discussions it came up that I hadn't taken an energy savings deduction for a new central air system that was installed last year. He said he could file and amended return and get some of the money I paid in April back. We visited for about an hour and, before he left, I told him that, going forward, I was defininately having him do my taxes. He's a great guy and worked for the IRS for 38 years. He knows his stuff and I am extremely happy with his work.
