I have been dealing with an incredibly stressful (to me) situation with the DOR and quickly learned over an agonizing 12 months that they hold all the cards since they do what they do 24/7/365 and have what they consider every single defense or excuse planned out. There is little chance an inexperienced individual like myself could get a leg up even while trying to do the right thing. But what Patrick did was immediately take the reigns, allowing me to focus on my business, while he did all the back and forth with the DOR to work towards a resolution. Not only that, for months afterwards he continued engaging with the DOR every time there was a lingering mixup or miscommunication from them, and trust me there were plenty. My sanity and my actual *health* have benefited from his endeavor and I'm grateful.
