A few years ago, I unknowingly employed an unlicensed tax preparer who submitted my taxes online prior to my review. Since this person was recommended by several friends, I trusted her 'expertise'. The end result was a huge balance owed to the IRS. I was referred to Mr. Ray to assist me in negotiating affordable monthly payments under an IRS Installation Agreement. Mr. Ray worked with me and negotiated an affordable payments. Taxes from subsequent years increased the monies owed and I was forced to increase my monthly payments. I again turned to Mr. Ray and he negotiated another affordable monthly payment. Recently, the IRS advised that I missed a payment under the installation agreement and I knew I did not miss any payments. The IRS gave me 14 days to resolve the issue. I called the IRS 800 number for more than 6 days and could not get through to a representative. Frustrated, I again turned to Mr. Ray. He spoke with the IRS and resolved the issue within 24 hours of my request for assistance. Due to an error on my part, one of my payments was not properly applied to my installation agreement. In addition resolving the issue, he ensured the 'missing' payment was applied to my balance, he ensured my agreement was reinstated and he ensured payment plan remained the same. Mr. Ray also offered me additional guidance on reducing my monthly payments and ensuring that I apply future payments to the correct year when making a payment online. I am forever thankful for his expertise and assistance. I will always turn to Mr. Ray if I need tax help and guidance and I won't hesitate to refer anyone to Mr. Ray.

Mr. Ray is trustworthy, professional and a subject matter expert when dealing with the IRS. My strong advice is to not handle the IRS alone contact Mr. Ray he will guide you in your tax issue. Mr. Ray worked feverishly to ensure I was satisfied with the final outcome and I was. I could have been paying IRS penalties but Mr. Ray was able to have my abatement request approved. I'm truly grateful for his work and I found him online as I was simply looking for representation.
