Highly recommends Mr. Irby. He is a true professional that cares about his clients and will do all that is possible to assist them. I owed back taxes for several years. Mr. Irby was able to stop all IRS collections letters, calls, late penalties, etc. Also was able worked out affordable plan with IRS that allowed me to clear up my back taxes.

Atty Irby was able to clarify any tax issues/laws that were applicable to my complicated situation. I had been involved in a very difficult dilemma from a previous filing with another lawyer. He helped to clarify the tax laws that were applicable and untangle my previous issues and accumulated tax burden. The procedure was absolutely private and required minimal personal effort because of his knowledge of tax law and his professionalism.
