He did absolutely nothing other than take my $2,500.00. Every time I emailed him I got an automated message saying in court or medical problems or other excuses. He had me fill out forms that were not even close to being self explanatory, when I tried to get him on the phone he was never available to explain the questions on the forms. I finally gave up on trying to reach him after a year and now I’m going in a different direction with my tax issue. Walk away and use a different service because you won’t get any service here.

Jeff is the consummate professional and I recommend him highly. He charges proper fees; he prepares returns promptly and accurately and he does an excellent job negotiating with the Feds and state. Ignore the poor review.
